Jim kindly bequeathed the beautiful carving of The Last Supper which hung in his study. The carving was dedicated and blessed by Rev'd Canon Les Wells during a servivce of Holy Communion; an outwood sign of Jim's Christian fellowship. As Lucy (right) presented the carving we said prayers for Lucy and the family as we remembered Jim and gave thanks for his Christian life.
Les also blessed a replacement Burse and Veil which was used during Holy Communion on the same morning
(the previous burse and veil being the original from the inauguration of the church)
