This is a relaxed family service, with music by our Worship Group, with the opportunity for baptisms by arrangement with clergy. We share time together after the service over refreshments The Good News Group for Youth has a youthful discussion and activity in the Chapel after the Family Service.

Informal worship service at St Barts in Church Road, Horley, with children's church activities and a crèche for younger children. Please stay for refreshments afterwards for us to get to know you better.
18:00Suspended Evensong at St Francis'
Evensong at St Francis’ is taken from the Book of Common Prayer. This is an evening service including hymns and sung responses by the congregation.

As we continue to follow Covid 19 guidance, we welcome you to join us in a time of Praise and Prayer The safety of the congregation is of paramount importance and certain arrangements have been put in place to help reduce the risk of contracting Covid 19. Therefore, following a risk assessment, there is a strict procedure on entry • You must wait outside the church inner door until you are invited in by sides people • You will be met at the church door and be logged in and asked to provide your name and contact details • Sanitising gel will be available on entry • You will be shown to a seat. Seats are spaced ensuring social distancing • The toilets will be available, if necessary • If you require a drink you will need to bring one with you. Join us for our morning service of prayer. We are delighted to advise that St Francis’ Church will be open on Wednesdays for a short morning service starting at 10 am and lasting half an hour. Church doors open from 9.45 am and closed by 11 am. The safety of the congregation is of paramount importance and certain arrangements have been put in place to help reduce the risk of contracting Covid 19. Mums and Babes is a chance for Mums, Dads, Grandparents, carers to meet and relax in a safe environment whilst the children play in the hall or have quiet time in the Burke Room. The Group is run by church members. Open during School holidays except Summer, siblings welcome. There is no waiting list. A monthly Toddler Service is held in the adjoining church if you and the children wish to join in. We ask for £1.20 per family.

Tuesday 11th August 202014:00Suspended St Wilfrid's Parish Mothers' Union Meeting
Prayer is at the centre of all we do. We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, and occasionally in the evenings. Locally the MU support’s the family of the church, local hospitals, women’s refuge and other local projects. Other events take place during the year and members provide practical help as needed. Mothers' Union members are not all mothers or even all women, as there are many parents, men, widows, singles and grandparents who are involved with the work of the M.U. You are very welcome to join our meetings and we look forward to seeing you,

"TO ALL OF OUR WONDERFUL SUPPORTERS, THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMPASSION AND GENEROSITY IN DONATING SO MANY MUCH-NEEDED ITEMS TO THE LILY TRUST WHICH WE PASS ON TO VULNERABLE FAMILIES. Due to the current health issues, we have taken the decision to delay accepting any more donations. We have a duty of care to both our volunteers (some of whom are in the "vulnerable" category) and to the families we support. We are asking that you do not donate any further items until we post an update. Thank you, Team Lily" 10-11.30 Please bring your donations to the Church for the Lily Trust. In particular the Trust is asking for new face cloths, deodorants, matching shampoo and conditioner, maternity disposables, pads, briefs/breast pads and new born nappies size 1.
